Questions and answers
Queue management systems
1. What does a queue management system consist of?
– A queue management system includes a customer terminal equipped with a ticket printer. Devices installed in the customer area provide information about the available services, waiting and service times, and direct customers to the appropriate service counter.
2. How does a customer select a service?
– The customer selects the required service by pressing the corresponding button and receives a ticket with a sequential number and additional information, such as the average waiting time and the number of customers in the queue.
3. What are the main benefits of implementing a queue management system?
– For customers: shorter waiting times and guidance to the correct queue or specialist.
– For management: workload monitoring that supports data-driven decisions and better resource planning.
4. Is the system the same for every customer?
– No. The queue management system developed by the TEMPUS 2000 OOD team can be integrated and adapted to the process you want to manage.
5. Where can it be implemented?
– Anywhere people wait for service, including Traffic Police offices, the National Revenue Agency, cadastral offices, the Registry Agency, emergency medical services, GP practices, the National Health Insurance Fund, passport offices, municipal offices, utility companies, factories and other locations.
Office and industrial printing
1. How much will it cost?
– You pay according to the number of prints made each month.
2. What will I pay if the device develops a fault or another problem?
– We cover the cost of maintaining the device.
3. Can I try the service?
– We offer a trial for a defined period.
4. Who supplies the paper?
– You need to supply the paper you require.
5. Who will install the equipment?
– If you do not have your own support team, we will install it. If you do, we will help them configure the equipment as effectively as possible.
6. How do we use the equipment if we have never used anything like it before?
– We will provide training on how to use it and advice on making your work with it more efficient.
7. How will we know when consumables need replacing?
– We offer a service that remotely monitors consumable levels, ensuring that you are not caught out by supplies running out at an inconvenient moment. This can often cause faded prints, faults or the equipment stopping altogether. Remote monitoring also helps us resolve device problems or errors as quickly as possible, including over the phone where feasible.
8. Can I use your services if I am not based in Varna?
– We provide support throughout northeastern Bulgaria.
9. Can I use a paper size other than A4 or a different type of paper, such as paper heavier than the standard 80 gsm?
– The equipment we offer can be fitted with an additional paper tray. This allows you to load different paper sizes and types, making your work easier and faster.

Cybersecurity and information security
1. What is cybersecurity?
– Cybersecurity is part of computer network security. It consists of technologies, policies and procedures that protect networked computer systems from unauthorised access.
2. Why do we need cybersecurity?
– As our society depends on technology, the need for adequate cybersecurity continues to grow. Information collected in any form must be properly protected against unauthorised access, alteration or deletion.
3. What is a cyberattack?
– A cyberattack is any attempt to alter, disable, destroy, steal, gain unauthorised access to or make unauthorised use of a computer system. Cyberattacks can compromise the normal operation of computer networks and their associated resources, potentially making entire services unavailable.
4. How does cybersecurity work?
– Cybersecurity technologies and processes are most effective when cyber defences are regularly subjected to rigorous penetration testing. This helps identify vulnerabilities in the existing defences and reduce the risk of their exploitation.
IT supply and integration
1. What is the difference between supply and integration?
– With supply, you receive the product and its accompanying documentation and are responsible for putting it to use. With integration, we set up and configure the supplied product to work within your system.
2. What does our supply service include?
– Delivery of the product to a location agreed with the customer in advance, together with the accompanying documentation, which may sometimes be provided electronically.
3. What does our integration service include?
– Delivery, commissioning and connection of the product to the customer's system, with training on its use where necessary. For example, when supplying a multimedia projector, integration usually includes fitting the projector and its bracket to the ceiling or wall, installing the screen, structured cabling, configuring drivers on the controlling computer and user training.
